We are looking for our first Office Manager to support our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all office operations and contributing greatly to our employee experience and culture at Lendtable!


  • Ensure the operational excellence of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Collaborate with the recruiting and operations team to provide consistent and seamless experiences to candidates and external guests
  • Manage relationships with vendors for office operations including security, cleaning, catering, shipping, office supplies, and installing furniture and equipment
  • Act as the building management liaison
  • Ensure all safety measures are implemented and maintained
  • Establish operational procedures and guidelines to support the employee experience


  • 2+ years' experience in an office management and logistics role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask with shifting priorities
  • A true sense of ownership and high level of integrity
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office post-COVID restrictions
