Our team is based out of San Francisco, and we are looking for a head recruiter that is comfortable taking a high degree of ownership for their program vision and execution of ideas. Specifically, we are looking for an experienced recruiter who will help us hire the future crop of great Lendtable teammates. The ideal candidate is a team player who blends the art of recruiting top-tier talent in a competitive landscape with creating scalable systems for us to follow around hiring and recruiting.

Beyond a strong background as a recruiter, a successful candidate will have experience building hiring plans and systems from their early stages. The candidate should thrive in working on unstructured problems and have the communication and organizational experience to build scalable recruiting processes. We are looking for someone self-motivated, approaches complex business questions with data and curiosity, is strong at identifying the root cause of problems, rather than just superficial trends.

Responsibilities

  • Create a recruiting strategy and process that incorporates sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Work cross-functionally with the business divisions, engineering divisions, and senior leadership to devise an interview process for all future Lendtable positions
  • Own key hiring metrics for Lendtable
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on Lendtable recruiting pipeline success
  • Experience working in top-tier startups and tech companies as a recruiter

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering related field
  • 4-5+ years of recruiting experience with a keen understanding of startup/technology hiring
  • Specific experience working with technical (engineering) sourcing and recruiting
  • Excellent organization and execution skills - you can coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects, document progress, identify blockers, and be proactive
