We're looking for an operationally-minded and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our co-founders, Mitchell Jones and Sheridan Clayborne. The ideal candidate has prior experience supporting an executive, has seen and experienced scale firsthand, and is passionate about fostering an engaging and supportive team environment.


  • Efficiently manage the cofounders' schedule and navigate ways to maximize time
  • Liaise and interface with leadership, employees, and external partners
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate company-wide meetings to ensure preparation and focus
  • Manage office operations and logistics, including supply inventory, building management, meal coordination, and facility upkeep
  • Partner with the People team to host candidates and onboard new employees
  • Drive and execute team events and off-sites that foster relationship-building


  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative and logistics role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask with shifting priorities
  • A true sense of ownership and high level of integrity
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our San Francisco, CA office post-COVID restrictions
